Fancy a tipple with your loved one to celebrate Valentine's Day? Try this one courtesy of Southern Comfort.
Place the following in a cocktail shaker.
75ml Southern Comfort
35ml lemon juice
30ml raspberry liqueur
30ml sugar syrup
Shake well. Pour into a large glass (big enough for two!) filled with ice cubes. Top with champagne.
Garnish with a pink rose and 2 straws.
